First Lady Jacqueline Orris Harbin Jacqueline Y. Harbin is a native of York, Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of Late Jack Kearse and Late Kay Orris. She graduated from Penn High School and enter the US Army and she served for over 4 years. She accepted Christ and was baptized at Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Mannheim Germany. She has been married for 36 years to Pastor Vernon L. Harbin. They are the happy and blessed parents of daughters Ashley and Kayla Harbin. Vocationally she has worked in the Federal Government for over 36 years with a good portion of those years being in the fields of Finance/Budget. Jacqueline followed and supported her husband as the Lord led them to worship and serve in different ministry positions at other churches. Her love for the Youth and Sisterhood directed us to serve in the Children’s ministry and Women Ministry for the churches they joined. She has a heart of love to serve the Lord and looking forward to what the Lord has in store for New Hope Missionary Church.
